WoodSpring Suites Richmond Airport

It was our first time staying in this hotel, the young lady helps us check in, gave my son a welcome snack with I appreciate. Even when I needed to make a quick stop she watch my son even gave paper and pen which my son drew pictures. Very excellent customer service and a wonderful person to the company. She definitely deserves a raise!!!

Our stay was wonderful! The area fit right into our weekend plans with access to restaurants and fun for the kiddos! Will definitely be booking our next stay at the same property. The staff were amazing and prompt when we checked in the manager on site was wonderful with communication and details when asked for directions or information regarding the city!

It was my first time staying there and everything was very nice... The location was great which allowed us to be able to walk to several places... All of the staff were very friendly as well... We will definitely be staying there again in the future...

Hotel staff was a 5 by themselves. Rooms were cleaner than I expected. I didn’t have any issues. I did overhear an issue another guest had with room choice. She made her reservation online so staff explained that they were fully booked and couldn’t change the room. The Front desk agent remained professional while bearing the rudeness of that guest.

I stayed two nights at this hotel. Check in was easy. The building is pretty new, very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Access beyond the lobby requires a room key, even to use the elevator. This made me feel quite safe. I had an accessible room. It was located right by the elevator. It was very spacious. The clothes bars were lower, the microwave lower, the shower was a roll in with lots of grab bars, a seat that folded down when in use, a regular shower head and a handheld one. The towel bars were lower, the sinks accommodated a wheelchair. There was enough room around the bed to navigate a wheelchair as well. Since this is an extended stay hotel, the amenities are minimal, but that also cuts down on cost, so that was not an issue. I had two towels and two wash cloths, a floor towel, a bar of soap. Dishes and cookware are available for purchase, as well as more linens. The only complaints I have is the shower floods the bathroom. There is a drain in the shower and one slightly further away in the bathroom floor. A long drain the length of the shower would keep the floor from getting soaked. Also the room door is very heavy and unable to be propped open to bring my things in and out. The walls are thin. I did not have any issues the first night. The second night I was startled by someone yelling in the hallway (this isn't a wall issue, though) and kept awake/woken up by the couple in the room next to me "enjoying" each other. I would definitely stay here again, at this location, or another from this chain.

Front desk clerk was very professional room was very clean. Building was quiet. Definitely would recommend to France and family price was reasonable.

Rooms, they were amazing, very clean and germ free! Service was spectacular made my day!! The location is in a very safe space, kind people around to talk with, overall 5 stars I loved this place I will be coming back, I would recommend coming here!

The entire staff was polite and helpful! I would recommend it over all the other hotels in the area! I'll definitely be back.
